This page gives you quick information on the Choice Based Lettings Scheme and has links to take you to pages where you can view properties, check your details and bid for properties.

“Login” button takes you to the page where you enter your Password to see your details and bid on properties – NOTE – to Log in you must be a registered user of the site.

“See All Properties” – takes you to a page where you can look at the properties on the site– any one can use this facility but you cannot bid on any properties unless you login (see above)

“Housing Options” – takes you to a page with details on other ways of finding housing and meeting housing need.

“This week’s advert and results” – takes you to a page where adverts for properties are stored.

“Languages” – takes you to a page where you can change the language the key information on the site is displayed in

“Contact Us” – takes you to a page where you can get details of how to contact us.

ACCESSIBILITY AND DISPLAY OPTIONS

The links at the top of the page let you change the size and colour layout of the site to suit your needs and move around the site quickly via the sitemap if this suits you.

The Accessibility link gives you more information about features on the site to help visually impaired users use the site.

Welcome to Selections

 

Selections is Peabody's Choice Based Lettings service ensuring that you have a choice about where you live.

 

Now that you have been issued with login access to Selections you can the bid for homes you are eligible for. To bid please click on 'Login' to the top left of your screen.

 

Please note: Every week, you can bid for as many homes as you like but you will only be shortlisted for your top three. You cannot bid for a larger home than you need. Download the PDF user guide.

Notice to Peabody residents requesting a transfer: October 2011

 

Peabody's social housing residents wishing to apply for a transfer must register with My Peabody* first, the secure online area, before completeing the registration application via Selections.

 

*My Peabody is a secure area on the Peabody website where customers can log in to pay their rent or service charges, request a repair and view the progress of major works and other projects.

Amicus Horizon's partnership with Peabody Selections service : September 2011

 

Peabody welcomes the partnership and is more than happy to assist Amicus Horizon in bringing choice to it's residents.

 

Peabody's Selection service is now available to Amicus Horizon residents. The three month pilot launches on Thursday 29 September giving Amicus Horizon access to bidding for their properties online for the first time. This opportunity paves the way for future collaborative working between both registered housing providers.

 

During the pilot Peabody residents will still only be able to bid on Peabody properties and likewise Amicus Horizon residents will only be able to bid on Amicus Horizon properties.
